The chart below displays the maximum income levels based upon the number of persons in the household as well the percentage of the rent a particular income level will be required to pay.

If your income level falls within the maximum income level for the number of people in your household according to the chart above and you wish to get a jumpstart on applying, you can go ahead and download the application form, print it, fill it out and either fax it to (520)459-0718 or you can drop it off at First West Properties Corporation, 1700 S. Highway 92, Ste. E100, Sierra Vista, Arizona 85635. A $30.00 credit report fee will apply once application process has begun. If your application is approved, you will be added to our waiting list.
